FAQ
1. Their is no registration fee, but we do ask that you fill out the Rally sign up form. You can use the sign up button below. Attendees
are responsible for the cost of their own lodging (camping, RV, room, cabin, etc.) and meal costs. Rally t-shirts are frequently
offered for sale on the Stromtrooper.com website under Events and the current Rally thread, they must be ordered in advance.

2. Folks will be arriving mostly on Thursday and Friday and departing on Sunday. You are welcome to arrive & depart anytime.
3. If tent camping, no reservations are required. Camping is not free, you need to check in at the Office when you arrive. We would
ask that you fill out the Rally sign up form. You can use the button above.
4. Wives, husbands, girlfriends, and boyfriends are welcome. Although there isn't a lot for them to do if not riding. Check out
the "Places" tab above for some ideas and these links:

5. All bikes are welcome.
6. Most rides will be on Friday & Saturday. Some route maps are available in the Lodge or download from the "Maps" tab above.
There are some GPX files available for downloading under the "Maps" tab too.
7. Breakfast & Dinner are served at Iron Horse Lodge (good stuff). Breakfast from 7:00 - 9:00 AM and served daily. Selections should
be made the day before. Dinner from 6:00 - 8:00 PM and served Tuesday through Saturday (Prime Rib night). Selections must be
be made before 1:00 PM. Or you can make all your menu selections at check in.

9. Iron Horse is now a "moist" county. Beer and wine are now available in Robbinsville, about 14 miles away. The closest package
liquor store is in Bryson City, about 17 miles away. So bring your own if so inclined. Ice is for sale on site for a small fee
(2024; $2.00).
10. Coffee is usually available around 6:30 AM or so. Iced tea & coffee are available in the evening after dinner.
11. Kickstands are up around 8:00 - 9:00 AM for Friday & Saturday rides. Ride planning is informal and are Thursday & Friday
evenings in the Lodge or anytime you are so inclined. Rides are sometimes planned & organized on Stromtrooper.com in the
Rally thread under Events. We meet in the evenings sometime after 8:00 PM, check the "Schedule" for time and place.
